Before founding Three Peaks Technologies, Simon served as General Manager at Three Peaks Medical, pioneers of a retractable sheath platform for improved vascular access in cardiology procedures.

His experience includes prominent roles at SMR Automotive Australia and Motherson Innovations, where he excelled as a Design Engineering and Project Manager, steering the team to deliver world-class and market-ready automotive and medical products.

  • Today, Simon is driven by Three Peaks’ ability to positively impact people’s lives through the work they do. He enjoys collaborating with experts in their respective fields and blending his own unique skills and experience with those around him to create a result that cannot be achieved in isolation. Each day, Three Peaks Technologies works to help shape the expansion of technology capabilities in South Australia, further solidifying SA’s place as a top contender on the continent.

Simon holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Adelaide and a Research and Development Commercialisation Certificate from the University of South Australia. His versatile skill set includes expertise in automotive, product development and design, manufacturing engineering and lean manufacturing, ensuring Three Peaks Technologies remains an industry trailblazer.  A proven problem solver, Simon is credited as an inventor on more than 45 patents.

Looking ahead, Simon envisions the company being recognised as a high-performance development partner, backed by a team of motivated engineers, each one working across multiple customer and R&D projects.

Sharing a few fun facts about himself, Simon says that he has a love for logic and number puzzles; so much so that it’s hard to walk past an unsolved sudoku. While he has always called SA home, his work has taken him to 11 different countries thus far and he hopes to one day tour the historic motor racing circuits of the world.
